I am Devendra Mali from Armieda in Mini Bazar, Surat. I am the developer of a project. There were large showrooms on the ground and first floors of the project, which is why I wanted to release it. I was looking for a good contact, and through a friend of mine, I met Amit Bhai Solanki from Aesthetic Arc Company, and they granted us their leasing rights. Through them, we secured Tata’s Croma and Zudio, both getting our MOU with good brands. The deal and transaction went very smoothly. Our project was just beginning, and we had an MOU with Tata’s Croma. In any transaction with Aesthetic Arc Company, whenever there was a need—legally or technically—there was help from the company. Aesthetic Arc provided the right solution for every problem. The transaction was completed very well, and we are grateful to Aesthetic Arc, through whom such good brands have entered our project.
